  • Package B

    1,600$
    Every year
    $1600. 00 annually or $185.00 per month for 9 months
     
    • Attend IEP meeting with parent or on behalf of parent
    • Parent-Teacher Conferences: Direct or Proxy Representation
    • Collect data on the student
    • Make contact with teachers
    • Contact parent at least twice per quarter
    • Connect parent with outside tutoring resources
    • Offer support and coping strategies to parents

  • Package C

    2,000$
    Every year
    $2000.00 annually or $260.00 a month for 9 months
     
    • Parent-Teacher Conferences: Direct or Proxy Representation
    • Attend IEP meeting with parent or on behalf of parent
    • Set up parent meeting
    • Collect data on the students
    • Make contact with teachers
    • Contact parent at least twice per quarter
    • Connect parent with outside tutoring resources
    • Offer support and coping strategies to parent/student
    • Attend court if needed
    • Conduct school site visit for student
    • Help both parent and student transition
    • Conduct parent coaching ( once per quarter)
